They range from 1.9 million to 2.1 million per rider per day fully inclusive. Check for special offers!!
What is included?
Hotel/Villa pick up and drop off to Basecamp/starting point In AC Vehicle/Minibus. Bike rental including fuel. Two first aid trained guides, Safety gear including Helmet, goggles, gloves, pants, jersey, boots, knee and elbow guards, chest protector and backpack with water supply. Local Lunch and water supply throughout day. Bike Insurance – damage to the bike and riding gear is covered. Free BWTT Stubby holder and 1 bintang at the end of the day
What is NOT included?
You are not covered for any medical, health or accident insurance through BWTT. We recommend you check with your travel insurance company directly. We accept no liability for any accident/injury.
How to book and pay?
We suggest you go direct to our booking page on this site. Alternatively you can call/sms or whats app us on 0859 5408 8877 or email info.bwtt@gmail.com We accept payments in rupiah cash only on the day. As we are located in a remote area there is no access to an ATM so you must ensure you bring the correct rupiah amount with you upon pickup. Once your booking request is received BWTT will send you a booking confirmation with further details. Please allow at least 24/48 hours notice to book so we can prepare bikes etc
What do I need to bring?
Cash for payment of days tour in Rupiah. We suggest you bring your own pair of comfortable thick socks however we can supply if needed. Energy for a good fun day. Hangovers are definitely not recommended.
Is there anywhere to leave my belongings?
Depending on the location of the ride you decide, your belongings can be locked away in Base Camp or Tour Vehicle.
What happens if I damage the bike or riding gear?
All damage to the bike and riding gear supplied is covered as part of our package price. We however expect you as a rider to respect our bike and gear supplied.
Cancellation policy
We would appreciate 24 hours notice should you wish to cancel after you have made a booking that has been confirmed by BWTT. Should our tour guide arrive to your hotel/villa and you are a no show, you will incur a 25% cancellation fee.
What happens in bad weather?
If we are faced with poor weather conditions for your scheduled ride date we will contact you and offer the option of rescheduling the date or possibly relocating the ride to a different area.
Is there anything I need to sign to ride?
All riders must sign the BWTT indemnity / waiver form on the day before they can undertake any riding or tour with us. No signed form No ride. Trailbike riding is an adventure sport and some risk is involved.
Will the bikes be too powerful or too high for me?
The bikes are easy to ride power being smooth and bikes being light weight. We can supply a bike with lower seat height if requested.
Do you have a Go Pro or supply footage of the day?
We do have one Go Pro 3 Hero for use on the day. We suggest if you want to record your own footage that you bring a micro sd card compatible to this unit along with you on the day to use in the supplied Go Pro & to take your micro SIM card along with the recorded footage home with you at the end of the day.
